Ingredients:

• Lemongrass
• Chamomile Flowers
• Red Rose Petals

• Chamomile flowers: Contains apigenin, an antioxidant that binds to certain receptors in your brain that can help promote calmness.

Herbal Tea Brewing Instructions:

• Pyramid tea bag: Allow one pyramid tea bag to infuse in boiling water for 3-5 + minutes. Remove the bag and serve.
• Loose leaf: Allow 1-2 tsp of tea to infuse in near boiling water for 3-5 + minutes. Strain the tea and enjoy.
